For Publishers

• Revenue optimization tools
• Real-time reporting and analytics
• Payment processing and management

Advertiser Payments

• Payment for services is due according to agreed terms
• All payments must be made in advance or as per credit terms
• Late payments may result in campaign suspension
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy

Publisher Payments

• Payments processed according to agreed schedule (Net 7, 15, or 30)
• Minimum payout thresholds apply
• Payment subject to fraud verification
• Withholding taxes may apply based on jurisdiction

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Fraudulent Traffic: Click fraud, impression fraud, or fake conversions
• Malicious Content: Malware, viruses, or harmful software
• Illegal Content: Content violating applicable laws
• Spam: Unsolicited communications or content
• Trademark Infringement: Unauthorized use of trademarks
• Adult Content: Without explicit agreement and compliance
• System Manipulation: Attempting to circumvent our systems

Our Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services are owned by Earn India and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

By uploading content to our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute such content for the purpose of providing our Services.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. You remain liable for all charges incurred prior to termination.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
